Key Responsibilities:
• Develop scalable synthetic routes for APIs & intermediates
• Optimize reactions to improve yield and reduce impurities
• Troubleshoot process issues and deviations
• Maintain clear experimental records and development reports
• Collaborate with Analytical R&D for method development & impurity profiling
• Support scale-up and technology transfer activities
