- New Product Development (NPD) in Polyester & Polyurethane polymers
- Synthesis and development of polyester and other polymers for:
- Powder coatings
- Solvent-borne coatings
- Water-borne coatings
- Exterior, interior & protective paints
- Ensure Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) compliance as per company standards
- Promote safe laboratory practices and equipment handling
- Preparation and maintenance of ISO documentation for NPD projects
- Independently design, plan, and execute innovative experimental programs
- Understand customer requirements and product specifications
- Drive innovation in coatings, adhesives, and allied CASE applications
- Apply DOE, DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and chemical structure–property relationships
- Conduct literature and patent searches to support development project

- Publish technical papers and represent the organization in technical platforms
