Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Work with engineering documents & plant maintenance data, including:
- Drawings
- P&IDs
- SLDs
- Datasheets
- Vendor documents
- Experience with CMMS, EAM, ERP systems
- Track, request, and manage equipment spares
- Handle engineering documentation related to:
- Construction
- Operations
- Maintenance
- Ensure project documents & data are controlled, accessible, and up to date
- Classify & manage equipment technical information
- Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting & analysis
- Follow document control & data management procedures
- Support multiple project locations with centralized data handling
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of plant equipment & technical data
- Hands-on experience in engineering document management
- Good communication skills
- Experience with data management tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work across cross-functional engineering teams
