Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement safety procedures in field operations
• Conduct risk assessments & toolbox talks before job execution
• Support shift superintendent in monitoring process parameters
• Troubleshooting & expediting maintenance activities
• Field supervision during shutdown, startup & preservation
• Effective use of OMPro tool
• Handle process emergencies & emergency shutdown systems
• Support special samples & improvement trials
• Safe HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) of equipment
• Implement PIOs & support plant improvement studies
• Participate in RCA discussions & incident learning
• Maintain shift logs & operational records
• Provide field training to executives/subordinates
• Prepare daily plant performance & utility consumption reports
• Member of Auxiliary Fire Squad
