Review of raw data and chromatograms, method development and validation, SOP preparation and review, analytical study reports, GLP compliance, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, training coordination, bioanalytical laboratory monitoring, regulatory guideline implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review of raw data forms and chromatograms for method development and validation
- Review of bulk spiking checklist and Excel data sheets
- Cheking and verification of concentration data
- Preparation and review of draft and final SOPs
- Preparation and review of method validation and analytical study reports
- Monitoring of temperature and humidity records in BR department
- Review of bioanalytical activities including eyewash and emergency shower checks
- Preparation of training matrix, training plan and job descriptions
- Conduct SOP training for new employees
- Effective implementation of GLP and regulatory guidelines
- Scheduling and maintenance of equipment and instruments
- Review and maintenance of IQ/OQ/PQ documents
