Key Skills & Job Responsibilities
AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance)
- Handle QMS activities such as OOS, OOT, and lab events
- Support QC instrumentation, lab investigations, and lab rounds
- Ensure data integrity and laboratory compliance
IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
- Oversee IPQA activities during manufacturing & packaging
- Review and approve BMR / BPR
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and audit readiness
- Drive cGMP / GDP compliance and team improvement
QMS (Quality Management System)
- Manage deviations, change control, CAPA, and QMS records
- Maintain GMP / GDP documentation
- Support internal & external audits
- Conduct GMP / QMS training and risk assessments
