1) Department: Lentiviral Vector Mfg Process Development

Experience: 3 – 10 Years experience in biologics preferably in Cell and Gene therapy

Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.Pharm / Ph.D in any area of Lifesciences

Key Skill or Job Description:

Upstream and Downstream: Candidate should be well versed with – upstream / downstream process development for Lentiviral / adenoviral / adeno associated Virus manufacturing using adherent / suspension cells, purification & concentration using TFF, UF / DF / chromatographic methods.


2) Department: CAR-T (Chimeric Antigen Receptor T cell) Manufacturing

Experience: 3 – 10 Years experience in biologics preferably in Cell and Gene therapy

Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.Pharm / Ph.D in any area of Lifesciences

Key Skill or Job Description:

Candidate should have experience in - Executing CAR-T cell production at lab scale and / or clinical / commercial scale including isolation of T cells, activation and transduction etc.


3) Department: Quality Control

Experience: 3 – 10 Years experience in biologics preferably in Cell and Gene therapy

Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.Pharm / Ph.D in any area of Lifesciences

Key Skill or Job Description:

Candidate should have experience in analysis of blood cells, CAR-T cells using flow cytometry, cytotoxicity assay and molecular biology-based methods including RT PCR / qPCR, DNA sequencing etc, ELISA, Knowledge and experience in validation / qualification of methods.
