Key skill or job description:
- Lead engineering & utility operations for uninterrupted plant functioning
- Implement preventive & predictive maintenance for critical equipment
- Manage plant utilities: Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, HVAC, Water Systems, Compressed Air & ETP
- Ensure compliance with USFDA / EU GMP / regulatory audit requirements
- Support equipment qualification, validation and engineering documentation
- Lead CAPEX projects, plant expansion and engineering upgrades
- Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and environmental compliance
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team
