1) Production (OSD)
Designation: Technical Officer / Junior Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BSc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key skill or job description:
Hands-on experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule and capsule filling area. Operate & manage granulation, compression, coating, pelletization and capsule filling area. Maintain equipment logbooks and basic documentation. Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment as per SOPs, BMRs, and GMP guidelines.
2) Packing (OSD)
Designation: Technical Officer / Junior Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BSc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key skill or job description:
Hands-on experience with blister and bottle packing machines. Execute packing operations as per SOP & cGMP guidelines. Operate & manage blister packing and bulk bottle, Track and Trace, serialization and documentation. Handle machines like CAM, BQS, HONGA & UHLMANN, CVC, Pharma Pack, IMA, Sachet.
3) Production (API) & Kilo Lab
Designation: Junior Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience
Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech - (Chemical) / B.E - (Chemical) / M.Sc.
Key skill or job description:
Hands-on with reactor, centrifuge, blender, sifter, multi-mill, etc. Supervise production as per SOP & cGMP. Ensure smooth execution of batch processes and operations. Maintain regulatory documentation (CC, deviations). Identify technical issues & implement corrective actions.
4) Production (API) - Hydrogenation
Designation: Junior Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience
Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech - (Chemical) / B.E - (Chemical) / M.Sc.
Key skill or job description:
Operated equipment: MSGL, SSR, Hastelloy reactors, fluorinator, hydrogenator, filters, centrifuge, VTD, multimill, ANFD, scrubbers. Managed unit processes: fluorination, hydrogenation, esterification, carboxylation, amination. Performed unit operations: distillation, crystallization, filtration, centrifugation, drying, blending, milling, extraction, evaporation.
5) Production (Injectable)
Designation: Technical Officer / Junior Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key skill or job description:
Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Isolator, lyophilizer, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ ophthalmic /PFS filling and aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, active freeze drying System. Execute manufacturing & QMS activities as per SOP.
6) Warehouse (Formulation & API)
Designation: Technical Officer / Junior Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Com / BA / MSc.
Key skill or job description:
Handling Raw Material Stores & Finished Goods Stores. RM Dispensing as per production requirements. Stacking & Storage of materials. Maintaining inventory records in SAP. Ensuring compliance with safety & quality standards.
Who Can Apply
Candidates with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (OSD, API, or Injectables) and the required educational qualifications are invited. Exposure to regulatory requirements like cGMP/GLP in regulated plants is highly preferred.
