🧪 Process Development & Optimization: Designing and executing robust chemical processes for the synthesis of APIs and intermediates. Focus on yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and cost-effectiveness.
📈 Scale-up & Tech Transfer: Seamlessly transitioning bench-scale chemistry to kilo-lab and pilot plant scales. Identifying potential scale-up challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
🔬 Analytical Correlation: Working closely with the analytical team to interpret NMR, HPLC, and GC data to ensure product purity and process consistency.
📝 Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining meticulous electronic lab notebooks (eLN) and preparing comprehensive Process Development Reports (PDR) in alignment with global regulatory standards.
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with Project Management and EHS teams to ensure all processes are safe, sustainable, and delivered within client timelines.
