1) Department: Engineering
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 3-8 Years (Process Plant Maintenance activity)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical)
Key Skill or Job Description: Experience of Breakdown of Equipment during shift. Execution planned / unplanned maintenance activity. Preparation & review of planner for preventive maintenance. Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration, qualification, and building maintenance of equipment as per instructions from superiors and established SOPs.
2) Department: Engineering
Designation: Technician
Experience: 4-10 Years (Electrical / Utility / Plant Maintenance / Instrument)
Qualification: ITI - Fitter / Electrician / Instrumentation
Key Skill or Job Description: Perform corrective actions and related activities for breakdown maintenance to ensure minimal downtime. Execute preventive maintenance plans for all equipment to maintain operational efficiency and compliance. Operate and monitor utility systems, including AHU, EMS, BMS, air compressors and dryers, water chillers, brine chillers, and hot water systems. Manage the operation of electrical infrastructure such as VCB, transformers, PCC panels, MCC panels, and diesel generators.
3) Department: Engineering
Designation: Apprentice
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation)
Key Skill or Job Description: Provide engineering support and handle machine/system upgrades in line with cGMP. Perform planned and unplanned maintenance as per SOP and good engineering practices. Execute breakdown, preventive, AMC, and building maintenance activities. Carry out and review calibration activities and maintain related documentation. Prepare qualification documents (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), SOPs, and study protocols. Ensure availability and procurement of required mechanical and instrumentation spares.
