Key skill or job description: API Process Synthesis Section: Execute and optimize chemical synthesis routes (Lab to pilot and then commercial). Support troubleshooting, Cost reduction, technology and capacity enhancement for ongoing / new products, understanding of process for time cycle / overhead reduction, experience of facing audits / inspections and subsequent compliance. Ensure target yield and purity, maintain reaction & process safety, record SOPs and documentation w.r.t development report & process packages.
