We Are Hiring API Production Plant Head (Deputy Manager / Manager)
Location: B-6, Shendra, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra
Experience: More than 15 year
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.E. (Chemical)
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall production functions of production blocks.
• Preparation of monthly production plan.
• Preparation of monthly monthly report
• Coordination with Technology Transfer and R&D department for manufacturing of new molecule in plant.
• Coordination with warehouse and purchase department for procurement of raw materials.
• Coordination with QA/QC and all other service dept
• Coordination with the marketing team
• Responsible for smooth operations in the plant with safety and GMP requirements.
• Preparation of recipe and BOM for new product.
• Responsible for performing activities in SAP system.
• Performing the HAZOP and Risk assessment studies for new products along with cross functional team.
• Training to the operating personnel.
• Review of master documents, investigation reports, process and cleaning validation reports.
• Coordination with engineering team for preventive and breakdown maintenance and modifications for new projects.
• Initiation of purchase requisitions sap for consumables required in plant.
• Investigation of deviation and out of specification batches.
• Responsible for cGMP and safety norms in the plant.
• Production planning and ensuring the execution as per plan
• Ensuring cGMP and safety norms followed on shop floor.
• Review of master documents.
• Inventory control of finish product and solvent handling
• Inititiove to increase % recovery of solvent
• Actively involved in energy conservation, water conservation and waste management.
• Initiative for product RMC control/ overhead control
• Responsible for handling successful all regulated audit
• Involvement in HAZOP and other safety requirements.
• Coordination to the supporting department for smooth execution of operations.
Candidate Profile:
✔ Strong experience in API manufacturing plant operations
✔ Sound knowledge of GMP, data integrity & regulatory requirements
✔ Leadership & problem-solving skills
