Key Skill or JD:
- Production planning & controlling of all shift activities.
- Trouble shooting with safety parameters.
- Monitoring the parameter of production activities to reduce time.
- Achieving production target & ensure strictly quality to improve productivity.
- Works like Production, Glass Line Reactor, S.S. Reactor, Vacuum System, ANF, Scrubbers.
- Understanding & hands on experience of Extraction, Crystallization, Filtration, Sulphonation, Distillation operation.
- Handling of different types of valves, pumps, vacuum system, Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Columns, etc.
- Practicing House Keeping & Safe handling of Hazardous & Toxic chemicals.
- Co-Ordination with maintenance, instrumentation, Electrical, utility & QC Dept. for reducing troubles & achieve Production targets.
- Different types of handling safety equipment & Firefighting equipment.
- Awareness of equipment change over & cleaning protocols.
- Good understanding & experience of batch card filling & other production related documents.
- Participation in kaizen & improvement ideas to enhance the plant productivity.
- Packed distillation column, SS Reactors, MS Reactors, Glass line Reactors, Candle filter, sparkler filter, Bucket filter, ANF, Rotary vacuum dryer, Agitated thin film dryer, steam tray dryer, centrifuge, water ejectors, centrifugal pumps, various valves, heat exchanger, vacuum boosters, caustic ventury, scrubber & various type of fire equipment's.
