1) Department: Formulation Research Development
Designation: Senior Research Scientist / Research Scientist
Experience: 2-8 Years
Qualification: M. Pharma / B. Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description: Handling multiple projects, lead and manage a team of formulation scientists and technicians. Adherence to timelines while ensuring good lab and documentation practices. Carry out Technical troubleshooting/ root cause identification/ Investigation/ Corrective Action and Preventive Action pertaining to product development or manufacturing activities. Carryout & Support in writing and review of documents to achieve product development in compliance to quality systems.
2) Department: Formulation Research Development
Designation: Senior Research Associate / Senior Research Scientist
Experience: 2-8 years
Qualification: M. Pharma / B. Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description: Assist and coordinate TT projects from development to manufacturing scale-up. Develop and maintain project timeline, ensuring milestone and deliverables are archived. Prepare, review and maintain detailed documentation for TT. Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements, to collaborate with R&D, QA, Manufacturing and RA. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Provide training and support.
3) Department: Analytical Research Development
Designation: Sr. Research Associate / Research Associate
Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification: M. Pharma / B.Pharma
Key Skill or Job Description: Stability –Planning and organizing stability testing & support analysis, responsible to handle overall activities of API & Formulation analytical development group. Maintain documented records. Method Development– Arrange presentation of developed method, Investigation of invalid data during analysis, Transferring the analytical method to plant location, to have experience in coordination and observation in dept.
4) Department: Purchase & SCM
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Skill or Job Description: To Raise Purchase orders for indirect and direct materials and send them to vendors. Review Purchase requisitions, vendor sourcing, negotiating, follow-up for order confirmation, tracking orders till GRN. Monthly MIS reporting to Category managers on bottom line and cost avoidance. Vendor-on boarding, resolving vendor payment issues. Collaborate with the warehouse or end-user team to manage stock level, return to vendor, and product bundling and Taking product feedback from departments.
5) Department: PPIC
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Any Science Graduate
Key Skill or Job Description: To coordinate with Purchase Department to get monthly production orders in case of P to P business. To prepare dispatch plan. To prepare dispatch plan of both P to P & LL customers.
