Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Tech
Key Skill or JD:
- Reactor charging, filtration, centrifugation, drying & related unit operations
- Execute batch manufacturing as per approved BMR/BPR
- Strict adherence to SOPs, cGMP, EHS & data integrity practices
- Monitor reaction parameters (Temperature, Pressure, RPM, etc.)
- Maintain batch records & production documentation accurately
- Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling & in-process checks
- Lead shift operations & manpower allocation (for senior roles)
- Investigate deviations, OOS & support CAPA implementation
- Drive yield improvement & cost optimization
- Ensure audit readiness & regulatory compliance
- Implement 5S, Lean practices & operational excellence initiatives
