Department: R&D (Masterbatch)

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Qualification: M. Tech / B. Tech - Polymer Engineering / Plastics Engineering / Chemical Engineering

Key skill or job description: Assist in designing & trialing new masterbatch formulations. Execute lab-scale and pilot-scale trials for new and modified products. Provide technical assistance for taking BOPP and PE MB customer trials. Maintain R&D records & SOPs.

Who Can Apply

Candidates with a strong academic background in Polymer, Plastics, or Chemical Engineering.

Professionals with specific experience in PE, PP, LLDPE, and HDPE-based applications.

Experts from the Masterbatch or Polymer Compounding industry are highly preferred.

Individuals with working knowledge of blown film, cast film, injection molding, and extrusion processes.
