Key Skill or JD:

• Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in line with regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and GDP standards. Review and approve SOPs, specifications, and quality documents.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support audits by authorities. Handle regulatory inspections and responses (FDA, WHO, local authorities). Maintain documentation for compliance and licensing.
• Batch Release & Documentation: Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR). Approve or reject finished products based on quality standards. Ensure proper documentation and data integrity.
• Deviations, CAPA & Change Control: Investigate deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and incidents. Implement and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Manage change control procedures.
• Audits & Vendor Qualification: Conduct internal audits and self-inspections. Manage external audits (regulatory and customer audits). Approve and qualify vendors and suppliers.
• Training & Team Management: Train employees on GMP, SOPs, and quality procedures. Lead and manage QA team performance. Promote quality culture across departments.
• Risk Management: Implement Quality Risk Management (QRM) processes. Identify risks and ensure mitigation plans.
