Department: In-Vitro
Designation: Manager – Senior Research Associate – In-Vitro (Assay Biology)
Experience: 1 - 5 years in CRO industry
Qualification: M.Sc./M. Tech. (Biotechnology, Biochemistry) or relevant field
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Hands-on experience in small-molecule drug discovery in CRO/drug discovery setup; managing time-bound, service-driven projects.
- Expertise in cell-free assays (enzyme inhibition, binding, kinase, phosphatase, reporter) and cell-based assays (cytotoxicity, proliferation, apoptosis, receptor internalization).
- Proficiency in TR-FRET/HTRF, FP, AlphaScreen, NanoBRET, Flow Cytometry, high-content imaging, Live Cell Analysis, ELISA, Western blot, FLIPR.
- Experience in assay miniaturization from 96- to 384-well formats.
- Strong technical acumen with high attention to detail.
