Key skill or job description: Operation and calibration of QC instruments (HPLC, UV, pH, etc.). Preparation and standardization of reagents and solutions. Documentation as per cGMP and data integrity (ALCOA). OOS, OOT, and deviation investigation support. Performed microbiological testing for injectable products. Conducted environmental monitoring, BET, MLT, Sterility testings. Managed media preparation and GPT activities. Maintained microbiology records, trends, and data integrity (ALCOA).
2) Department: IPQA,
Designation: Officers,
Key skill or job description: In-Process line monitoring and GMP Compliance. Real-time batch record review and documentation control. Deviation identification and compliance verification. Line Clearance and in-process quality checks.
3) Department: Packing,
Designation: Officers & Operators,
Key skill or job description: Operated & set BFS/FFS machines (Uflex, checkweigher, labeler, pouching). Managed machine parameters, weights & operations, ensuring defect-free output. Performed visual inspection, packing & cleanroom discipline as per GMP/SOP. Handled manpower and coordinated packing line activities for smooth operations. Ensured BPR/BMR filling, line clearance, IPC checks & documentation compliance. Coordinated with QA/Production for deviations, changeovers & timely batch completion.
