Qualification: Diploma in Chemical | BTech (Chemical) | MSc (Chemistry)
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Producing APIs according to pre-approved BMR instructions.
- Performing the equipment Qualification for new / relocated equipment's in the plant; packing activities as per instruction as applicable.
- Responsible to verify/counter sign the applicable documents related to PPZ and wet manufacturing areas.
- Operation and cleaning of All Production Equipment's like Reactors, Filter Equipment's, Driers, Millers, Blender, column, FDC, Sifter, Reverse Osmosis equipment's and Storage vessels/Tanks with Documentation.
- Ensuring all production batch records, equipment usage log is completed on line with signature.
- Cleaning of all production facilities and disinfect when appropriate and record the details in the respective registers with signature; Handling of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste.
- Documentation of cGMP, QMS & EMS related activities.
- Compliance of NCs; Following Safety and using PPE's at workplace; following Data integrity policy.
