Key skill or job description:
- Lead process engineering activities from R&D to commercial scale.
- Scale-up & technology transfer for unit operations and equipment.
- Manage project planning, budgets, and ensure CAPEX/OPEX optimization.
- URS preparation, equipment purchase, and vendor coordination.
- Process design, PFDs, P&IDs, MEB, and simulation for scale-up.
- Ensure process safety (RC1e, DSC, MIE, HAZOP) and audits.
- Yield improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross-functional coordination with R&D, QA, Production & other departments.
- In-depth knowledge of upstream & downstream operations.
- Proficient in Dynochem, SAP, ERP Citrix & Microsoft Office.
- Strong hands-on experience in pilot plant operations & troubleshooting.
