- The role involves taking part in all validation activities, maintaining the premises, equipment, and related records, and properly filling online documents like BPR, ECR, and equipment logbooks.
- It also includes ensuring equipment is well maintained, checking that all raw materials meet the specified requirements before starting production, and making sure batches are produced as per the given schedule.
- The person must follow cGMP guidelines, maintain all process parameters as instructed, follow good personal hygiene, review and understand relevant SOPs, BPRs, and protocols before starting any work, and ensure that all instruments are properly calibrated and verified before use.
2) Department: Process
Designation: Shift Leader Process
Experience: More than 6+ Years
Qualification: MSc. (Chemistry) / B. Tech (Chemical)
Key skill or job description:
- The role involves ensuring that production batches are carried out as per the planned schedule and that raw materials are properly planned, issued, and received according to BPR requirements.
- It includes making sure all equipment is well maintained, all plant activities follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines, and all plant-related documents are prepared and reviewed.
- The responsibility also covers initiating and reviewing change controls, deviations, risk assessments, and validation activities, as well as reviewing BPRs, ECRs, RM variance reports, and utility requirements.
- In addition, the role includes investigating production deviations, qualifying new and existing equipment, evaluating improvements in processes or systems, ensuring regular training of production staff, and handling SAP-related activities efficiently.
