Key skill or job description:
- Reactor charging, filtration, centrifugation, drying & unit operations
- Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR/BPR
- Ensure SOP, cGMP, EHS & data integrity compliance, Monitor process parameters (Temperature, Pressure, RPM, etc.)
- Maintain batch records & documentation
- Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling & in-process checks
- Drive yield improvement & cost optimization
- Ensure audit readiness & regulatory compliance
