Experience: 2-4 years in fermentation & downstream processing, Experience in probiotics process development, Exposure to lyophilization, spray drying, and encapsulation

Qualification: M.Tech in Biotechnology, M.Sc in Biochemistry

Key skill or job description:

Develop and optimize fermentation and downstream processes for probiotics. Design and execute experiments (DoE) with data analysis and process improvement. Work on encapsulation, cryoprotectants, and coating technologies. Knowledge on improving probiotic stability is preferable. Handle equipment like lyophilizer, spray dryer, and VTD. Support scale-up, tech transfer, and prepare SOPs, protocols, and reports.
