Designation: Senior Executive - Production (Batch Process)
Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in batch plant with minimum 3 years handles hazardous chemicals
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Always with 60% throughout in academics
Key skill or job description: Experience in handling hazardous chemicals as a shift in charge, Experience of handling equipment like distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps etc. Candidate should be proficient in handling DCS Operations of minimum two years.
2. Department: Captive Power Plant
Designation: Shift Incharge - Captive Power Plant
Experience: More than 10 years of experience with CFBC Boiler operations, Thermal Plant or Coal based plant
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech with BOE Certification
Key skill or job description: Operations of Captive Power Plant (30+ MW capacity of CFBC Boiler, Turbine, Generator etc.). Responsibility includes Safe running of Boiler, Turbine and handling shifts, Handling safety related issues, Production parameter optimization, Planning daily goals and execution of shifting & contrast labor in accurate shifts, Planning of PM of instruments for boiler, Turbine electrical operations. Operation of DCS parameters, Boiler alerts and control system.
3. Department: Captive Power Plant (Mechanical)
Designation: Junior Engineer - Mechanical / BOE (Captive Power Plant)
Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in Power plant (CFBC Boiler & Turbine)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Key skill or job description: Candidate must have hands on experience of operation and Maintenance of power plant, Knowledge of operating & monitoring CFBC Boiler, Backpressure Turbine, Auxiliaries like pumps, compressors, fans etc.
