All listed positions are permanently based at the Digwal, Telangana plant location.
1) Department: Production (API)
Position: Executive
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / B.E in Chemical Engineering
Core Responsibilities: Plant production operations and the execution of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Production Records (BPR).
2) Department: Solvent Recovery (API)
Position: Executive
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Education: B.Tech / B.E in Chemical Engineering
Core Responsibilities: Handling core processes and equipment tied to industrial solvent recovery.
3) Department: Environmental (API)
Position: Executive
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Education: B.Sc / B.Tech / Diploma (Chemical / Environmental)
Core Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plant operations. Managing Hazardous Waste Management routines (rules & segregation), RO, Stripper, MEE, ATFD, Biological Treatment Systems, and environmental laboratory activities.
4) Department: Technical Services Department (TSD) / Process Engineering (API)
Position: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.E in Chemical Engineering
Core Responsibilities: API TSD, process engineering, and technology transfer. Overseeing lab demonstrations, plant batch monitoring, scale-up activities, validation/pilot/trail batches, PFD, P&ID, process mapping, and HAZOP studies. Managing process troubleshooting and GMP documentation (deviation closures, investigations, BMR, ECR).
5) Department: Analytical R&D (CDMO/API)
Position: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Education: M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry
Core Responsibilities: Analytical R&D to support Process Research & Development. Method development using HPLC, GC, and wet chemical analysis. Timely analysis and release of raw materials (RMs), in-process materials, intermediates, and finished products. Operational experience with Empower software is mandatory, while experience with LC-MS is an added advantage. Willingness to work in a shift system is required.
