- Process optimization, debottlenecking, capacity enhancement, productivity improvement & cost saving initiatives.
- Analyze process parameters & plant data to improve productivity and product consistency.
- Identify process, equipment, utility & operational bottlenecks to enhance plant throughput.
- Prepare business cases for improvement investments and monitor benefits.
- Ensure proper documentation of trials, process modifications & improvement projects.
- Maintain records of deviations, corrective actions, lessons learned & implemented improvements.
- Develop process training modules for operators, supervisors & technical personnel.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PPT & statistical analysis tools.
- Production MIS preparation & presentation with highlight improvement areas.
- Strong report-writing & presentation skills.
