1) Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering

Designation: Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager - Mechanical (CPP-Turbine & Rotary)

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) – Full Time from recognized university

Key skill or job description:

• Experience in Operation / Maintenance of Thermal Power Plants with capacity of at least 10-60 MW individual unit.
• Experience in Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Steam Turbines, CFBC Boiler and associated systems.
• Experience in Condensate Extraction Pumps (CEP), Condenser, HP & LP Heaters, Boiler Feed Pumps (BFP), piping, valves, lubrication systems, rotary parts and pressure parts.
• Scheduling and execution of Predictive, Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance.
• Experience with Siemens Steam Turbines and Thermax CFBC Boilers.
• Spare planning, procurement coordination and vendor management.
• Reverse engineering for development of critical spares.
• Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown Maintenance, Annual Shutdown, Troubleshooting and RCA.
• Regulatory Compliance related to Safety, Environment and IBR.
• SAP Knowledge, Welding Procedures and NDT Level-II preferred.
• Annual Budget Preparation, Plant Consumables and Spares Management.
• ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 implementation and audit exposure.
• Ready to work in shift duties as per plant requirement.
