1) Department: Production (API)
Designation: Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM
Experience: 15-25 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Chemical
Key Skill or Job Description: To lead end-to-end batch manufacturing, ensuring cGMP compliance, BMR/BPR accuracy and on-time delivery. Own yield, OEE, cost targets, deviations/RCA/CAPA, tech-transfer and audit readiness. Manage multi-shift teams, drives DOE/Lean improvements, liaise with QA/QC/engineering, and enforces HSE and documentation while mentoring talent, ensuring regulatory readiness and continuous process optimization.
2) Department: Production (API)
Designation: Executive / Officer / Chemist
Experience: 02-15 Years
Qualification: BE/BSc/MSc in Chemical
Key Skill or Job Description: To execute daily batch manufacturing as per approved BMR/BPR, ensuring cGMP adherence, material/equipment readiness, in-process monitoring and accurate documentation. Coordinate sampling with QC, raises deviations, supports investigations and CAPA, train operators, and drives yield/OEE improvements.
3) Department: Technology Transfer (API)
Designation: Executive / Officer / Chemist
Experience: 02-15 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Chemical
Key Skill or Job Description: To scale up and transfer of API processes to commercial manufacturing. Prepares transfer dossiers, coordinates equipment and utilities readiness, runs transfer batches, monitors CPPs and CQAs, manages analytical method transfers and documentation, supports investigations and CAPA, liaises with QA, QC, engineering and vendors.
4) Department: Production (API)
Designation: Trainee
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: BE/BSc/Diploma in Chemical
Key Skill or Job Description: To support operators and chemists in batch operations, learns GMP/SOPs, assists reagent preparation, sampling, documentation and housekeeping, follows HSE rules.
