Department: Chemical Production & Plant Operations
Designation: Plant Manager - Aromatic & Chemical Fragrance Products
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing of Aromatic Products and Chemical Fragrance Products.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Execute and supervise day-to-day production and shift operations for Aromatic & Chemical Fragrance products.
- Plan and monitor batch-wise production to achieve targets for output, quality, yield, and turnaround time.
- Operate and control reactors, distillation systems, and associated process equipment.
- Monitor and optimize critical process parameters to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper raw material charging, reaction control, distillation, solvent recovery, and product finishing activities.
- Identify process deviations, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Coordinate with Maintenance and QA/QC teams to ensure equipment reliability and product compliance.
- Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), batch logs, shift reports, and production documentation.
- Support trial batches, process scale-up activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive yield improvement, waste reduction, and energy optimization programs to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, ISO standards, environmental norms, and all applicable safety requirements.
- Manage effective shift handovers and ensure smooth operational continuity.
