Key Skill / Job Description: Manage day-to-day operations of the Plant and report directly to the Site Head. Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth & efficient plant operations. Communicate and coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement, Dispatch, Site Accounts, and HR for daily smooth operations. Ensure SAP entry of batches and preparation of production reports. Plan and manage shifts for Shift In-charges and Operators. Ensure safe work practices and compliance with different permit systems. Identify opportunities for yield improvement and quality enhancement of products. Resolve marketing queries related to product quality in coordination with the Quality Department.
