Key duties include production planning & ensuring execution as per plan, preparing batch records and qualification documents (IQ/OQ/PQ) and coordinating with QC/Warehouse for uninterrupted workflow. Responsible for equipment maintenance, calibration tracking and leading team training to ensure minimal downtime and high-quality output.

Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
