Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (E0 Grade) at the basic pay of ₹30,000. Dearness Allowance, allowances, terminal benefits and other company benefits will be applicable as per NTPC rules.
Placement & Service Bond
- Selected candidates will undergo one-year training at various locations.
- Posting may be at any NTPC Station, Project, JV or Subsidiary across India.
- General, EWS and OBC candidates are required to execute a service bond of ₹2,50,000 (₹1,25,000 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) to serve the company for at least 3 years after successful completion of training.

3. After successful application, the system will generate a unique application number. Candidates are required to download the application slip and save/keep the printout of the application slip, which will be generated by the system after successful application, for all future correspondence.
4. Candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/-. The SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category and female candidates need not pay the application fee. The payment can be made either in online or offline mode.
6. Uploading of Documents: The candidates should necessarily upload all documents while applying. Applications with incomplete/insufficient documents are liable to be rejected/not considered for further process. Sequential List of documents is given here:
1. Valid Caste/Category Certificate in the govt, prescribed format (for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWBD/EWS candidates). a. OBC-NCL certificate should be in central format valid for the FY 2026-27, b. EWS Candidates need to submit a valid Income & Asset certificate for the FY 2026-27 based on the income of FY 2025-26 in the prescribed central format.
