Key skill or job description:

• Operate, maintain, and supervise the day-to-day functioning of ETP and STP and associated utility systems in compliance with applicable environmental regulations and GPCB requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill all legal requirements under the Environmental Protection Act.
• Carry out analysis work of samples collected from different locations of the sites as and when required for the study purpose.
• Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ETP/STP operations, maintenance activities, and waste management practices.
• Keep track of chemicals, spares and other consumables required for ETP/STP systems.
• Prepare legal compliance reports for forwarding to authorities.
• Monitor treated water distribution systems.
• Train and guide operational staff on system operation, preventive maintenance, safety practices, and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct treatability studies, process optimization initiatives, and feasibility assessments for new developments and wastewater management improvements.
