Designation: Field Executive Trainee – Chemical

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Relevant Engineering Discipline / B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Monitor and control field equipment using SOPs, SOCs, LLF checklists and ODR instruments.
• Conduct condition monitoring and perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Collect field samples for laboratory testing.
• Maintain equipment logs and operational records.
• Identify safety improvements and follow plant safety procedures.
• Handle hazardous materials and plant waste as per safety protocols.
• Work with shift superintendent, panel executive and contractors.
• Sign off work permits after ensuring safety compliance.
• Coordinate permit activities with the safety department.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency using TQM, EFQM, QCC and 5S methodologies.
