1. Department: Production (Chemical & Polymer)
Designation: Sr. Executive - Production
Experience: 4 to 7 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Chemical Engineering – Regular with 60% throughout academics
Key skill or job description: Experience in handling hazardous chemicals, handling equipped like distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps etc. Exposure to safety systems and norms applicable to the process. Candidate should be proficient in handling DCS Operations of minimum two years independently. Experience as Shift Incharge in Chemical / Specialty Chemical and Batch Polymer plant.
2. Department: Captive Power Plant
Designation: Shift Incharge - Captive Power Plant
Experience: 12 to 15 Years (Diploma) / 6 to 8 Years (B.E. / B.Tech)
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical + BOE Certification OR B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical + BOE Certification
Key skill or job description: Operations of Captive Power Plant (Start-up/shutdown of CFB Boiler, Cold & Hot start-up of Steam Turbine from control room by DCS systems. Handling shifts Production (power generation). Planning the jobs and allocation of JE / Tech & contract labor in the shift. Planning of RM & Consumables for the shift. Operation of the plant within Safety standards.)
3. Department: Mechanical Maintenance (Captive Power Plant)
Designation: Jr. Engineer / Technician - Mechanical
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Qualification: ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Key skill or job description: Hands-on experience of Mechanical maintenance of power plant, PM, Breakdown maintenance & troubleshooting of various equipment's.
