1) Department: Production
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: B.Tech Chemical, 2026 Pass-outs only
Work Location: Karakhadi & Ankleshwar
Key Skill or Job Description: API Production, Bulk Drug; Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for quality and efficiency; Batch start-up activity, monitoring; Calibration of balance; Review technical documents like batch records, SOPs, BMR, validation protocols, etc.; Knowledge and exposure of cGMP is must.
2) Department: ADL
Experience: 3 to 8 Years Experience
Qualification: M.Sc. Organic / Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharma
Work Location: Karakhadi
Key Skill or Job Description: Method Development and Optimization using HPLC; Method Validation as per regulatory and ICH guidelines; Preparation, review, and technical input for Specifications and Methods of Analysis (MOA); Execution of GLP-related activities including instrument calibration, qualification, and standard management; Preparation and review of analytical documentation, protocols, and reports.
3) Department: Quality Control
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: M.Sc. Organic / Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharma (Freshers), 2026 Pass-outs only

Key Skill or Job Description: Conduct routine and non-routine High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) analysis to evaluate product quality; Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments as per standard operating procedures (SOPs); Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications; Conduct stability studies and evaluate results for ongoing product quality assessment; Ensure proper documentation for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory inspections; Follow cGMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical API industry.
4) Department: R&D Synthesis, CDMO, Peptides, Oncology
Experience: 2 to 8 Years of Experience in API Synthesis, CDMO, Peptides, Oncology
Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. Chemistry

Key Skill or Job Description: Basic understanding of API synthesis, process development, and DMF documentation; Knowledge of cost-effective, quality-driven, and eco-friendly processes aligned with ICH guidelines; Exposure to lab-scale optimization, product validation, and technology transfer basics; Familiarity with KSM, intermediate, and API specifications; Working knowledge of NMR, Mass, and IR characterization; CDMO Peptide Oncology with Synthesis.
