1) Department: Packing – Visual Inspection
Designation: Visual Inspection Associate (Only for Females)
Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)
Qualification: Any Graduation (B.Sc / B.Com / B.Pharmacy)
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Visual inspection of injectable vials for particles, cracks, chips, and cosmetic defects.
- Ensure 100% line clearance and maintain area hygiene as per cGMP.
- Documentation of line clearance, batch records and defect logs.
- Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
2) Department: Production – Sterile Injectables
Designation: Filling Operators / Officers
Experience: 2–8 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / B.Com / ITI / Diploma (Any Stream) / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Operation of Aseptic Filling Machines (Vial).
- Line setup, adjustments and change parts.
- Aseptic process execution as per SOPs.
- Vial washing, depyrogenation & sterilization.
- In-process checks & documentation.
- cGMP, data integrity & safety compliance.
