Autoclave
Operate and monitor autoclave for sterilization.
Ensure cycle parameters, documentation and compliance.
Troubleshoot and maintain equipment efficiently.
Vial Washing
Operate vial washing machine and ensure proper washing standards.
Maintain equipment and line clearance.
Ensure quality of washed vials as per SOP.
Tunnel
Operate and monitor depyrogenation tunnel.
Ensure temperature mapping and documentation.
Maintain smooth flow and report deviations.
Filling & Sealing
Operate filling and sealing machines.
Ensure accurate filling, sealing quality and minimal line losses.
Perform in-process checks and line clearance.
Compounding / Manufacturing
Operate and monitor compounding vessels.
Ensure accuracy in weighing, mixing and batch documentation.
Maintain CIP/SIP and cleanliness of the area.

Monitor process parameters and in-process quality.
Investigate deviations and ensure timely CAPA.
Lead and support operators, training and skill development.
Ensure equipment qualification, preventive maintenance and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure EHS compliance.

Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of injectable equipment.
Maintain Autoclave, Vial Washer, Tunnel, Filling & Sealing, Compounding and Holding systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and instrumentation issues.
Ensure equipment availability, line efficiency and minimal downtime.
Maintain calibration, validation and documentation.
Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety procedures.
3) Department: Engineering
Designation: Electrical Maintenance
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Qualification:
B.Tech in Electrical

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
