Review and approve BMRs, SOPs, specifications and quality related documents.
Ensure line clearance, equipment clearance and area sanitation before start of operations.
Ensure in-process quality checks and batch documentation as per cGMP.
Review deviations, CAPA and ensure timely closure.
Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs and data integrity.
Support in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
2) Department: In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Designation: IPQA Executive
Experience: 0 – 4 Years (Freshers are also considered)
Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharma / B.Pharma in Life Sciences
Key Skills / Job Description:
Perform in-process quality checks at all stages of manufacturing as per cGMP.
Monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Verify weights, sampling, line clearance and material status during manufacturing.
Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation at each production step.
Report deviations and ensure timely closure.
Ensure adherence to cGMP and data integrity.
