1) Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
Designation: QA Manager
Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc (Life Sciences)
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Lead and strengthen the Quality Assurance function in compliance with GMP, GLP and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee documentation, change control, deviations, CAPA, OOS/OOT and APR.
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of quality systems and procedures.
- Drive internal audits, vendor audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure data integrity and quality culture across all functions.
2) Department: Quality Control (QC)
Designation: QC Manager
Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry) or M.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Lead the Quality Control function ensuring accurate testing of Raw Materials, In-process and Finished Products.
- Oversee Microbiological, Molecular and Chemical testing for probiotic products.
- Ensure method validation, equipment calibration and lab compliance.
- Review and approve COAs and analytical data.
- Ensure GLP practices, data integrity and timely reporting.
3) Department: IPQA
Designation: IPQA Executive
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Ensure in-process quality checks during manufacturing operations.
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure adherence to cGMP.
- Review batch records, line clearance and yield reconciliation.
- Ensure proper documentation and investigation of deviations.
- Support change control, validations and continuous improvement activities.
