The hiring is for its API manufacturing facility at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in WHO, MHRA and USFDA-approved API plants are encouraged to attend.
Ipca Laboratories Hiring for Below Positions
1) Department: Quality Assurance (API)
Designation: Officer
Experience: Minimum 4–6 Years
Qualification: UG/PG in Relevant Field
Key Skill or Job Description:
Responsible for managing QA systems including training, SOPs, QMS, audits, documentation, validation, and regulatory compliance to ensure cGMP standards in the API manufacturing plant.
Conducts process and equipment qualification reviews.
Manages EDMS and TrackWise systems.
Prepares validation reports.
Supports continuous quality improvement and inspection readiness.
2) Department: Production/PPA (API)
Designation: Technician
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma in Relevant Field
Key Skill or Job Description:
Responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
Follow SOP and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Maintain production records.
3) Department: Production/PPA (API)
Designation: Chemist
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: UG/PG in Relevant Field
Key Skill or Job Description:
Charging and monitor the process batches as per SOP/BPCR as applicable with the help of operators/Technicians.
Supervise the working of operators/Technicians as per SOP/BPCR.
Keep equipment, utensils, samplers, intermediates, materials and required containers with proper status as per SOP.
4) Department: Quality Control (API)
Designation: Chemist / Officer
Experience: Minimum 3–4 Years
Qualification: UG/PG in Relevant Field
Key Skill or Job Description:
To work on GC & HPLC instruments.
Expertise with Chromeleon software.
Handle routine testing and recording results.
Follow QMS, maintain proper records and support during audits.
5) Department: Engineering
Designation: Officer
Experience: Minimum 3–4 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in AutoCAD
Key Skill or Job Description:
Responsible for operation and maintenance of the HVAC system.
Comply with cGMP and safety guidelines.
Maintain filter cleaning records of HVAC system.
Prepare and review SOP/Documents and upload in EDMS software.
Review and approve schedules in New LIMS software.
Monitor area validation activities and prepare reports in EDMS.
Check balancing of PP areas for desired differential pressure.
Conduct and provide training through Manual and LMS.
Prepare DQ, IQ, OQ activities in EDMS.
