1) Department: DP Manufacturing
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 2 to 10 Years
Qualification: B.Sc | B.Pharm | M.Sc | M.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Responsible for operation of isolators and associated equipment related to cartridge (B+S), Vials and Pre-Filled syringes, PFS (B+S).
- Hands-on experience of CIP/SIP skid, vessel operation, compounding, filtration and autoclave, filter integrity machine.
- Exposure to Isolator Lyophiliser, single used system.
- Must have experience in sterile injectables, willing to work in shifts, USFDA regulatory environment and audit exposure.
2) Department: Engineering and Projects (DP & DS Equipment | Utility | HVAC | Water System | Instrumentation)
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 2 to 10 Years
Qualification: Diploma | B.Tech | B.E. – Mechatronics | Instrumentation | Electrical | Mechanical
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Preventive & Breakdown maintenance for Plant & Process equipment's related to Drug product-Filling lines, Vial Washing, Autoclaves, Manufacturing/ Filtration vessels, CIP, SIP, TCU, Packing machine, etc. & Drug Substances – Fermenters, Centrifuges, Homogenizers, HPLC Column etc.
- Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Utilities like Water System, HVAC, Chillers, AHU, Air compressors, Cooling Tower, Boiler, Diesel Generators & LT transformers etc.
- Troubleshooting Knowledge of PLC, HMI & SCADA systems.
3) Department: Quality Control
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc | M.Sc | B.Pharm | M.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Analysis of Raw material/Packing material/In-process samples in quality control department.
- Instrument/Equipment qualification in Quality Control.
- Preparation of quality system related, Instrument operation related SOPs, Specification, STPs, URS etc.
- Coordinating with cross functional team for the procurement of laboratory consumables, glassware's and chemicals etc.
- Handling of method transfer and method validation in quality control.
- Analysis of vendor samples and reporting.
- Adherence of product specification.
- Ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with GMP, company SOPs and Health and Safety policies.
