1) Department: HR & Admin
Designation: Officer to Sr. Executive
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, CLMS, onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance & leave management.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance with Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus.
- Maintain all HR records, MIS reports and audit documentation.
2) Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
Designation: Officer to Sr. Executive
Experience: 3–7 Years
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Knowledge of QMS, Validation and Qualification.
- Handle CAPA, OOS and OOT independently.
- Prepare Protocol, SOP and related documents independently.
3) Department: Quality Control (Chemical)
Designation: Officer to Sr. Executive
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Knowledge of instruments like HPLC, TOC and UV Spectro.
- Knowledge of QMS and GLP/GDP practices.
4) Department: Production
Designation: Sr. Executive
Experience: 5–7 Years
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Knowledge of documentation.
- Handle skilled and unskilled labour.
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP practices and aseptic behaviour.
5) Department: Packing
Designation: Officer
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate packing operations and manpower.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
- Maintain daily production and packing reports.
6) Department: Store
Designation: Officer to Sr. Executive
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Skill or Job Description:
Look after overall store activities including material withdrawal and dispensing.
QMS knowledge is required.
Pharmacloud knowledge must be required.
7) Department: Dispatch
Designation: Officer
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Responsible for dispatch of finished goods.
- Prepare dispatch documents.
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely deliveries and compliance with GMP/GDP requirements.
