Working as a Production Operator with hands-on experience in handling and monitoring TCL-3, POCL-3, Methanol, IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol), EDC (Ethylene Dichloride), and Xylene.
Operating and monitoring distillation columns, ensuring stable process parameters and efficient product separation.
Monitoring process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and levels through field instruments and control systems.
Carrying out plant start-up, shutdown, and normal production operations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Handling chemical transfer, charging, unloading, and storage operations while following established safety procedures.
Maintaining production records, shift logbooks, and process documentation accurately.
