1) Department: Production (Polymer Plant)
Designation: Technician – Production
Experience: 4–6 Years (Batch Polymer Industry Only)
Qualification: Regular ITI AOCP
Key Skills / Job Description
- Candidate must have hands-on experience of Distillation Column.
- Multiple Reactors handling.
- Trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of various pumps & valves and other field activity.
- Work permit system.
2) Department: QC (Polymer Lab)
Designation: Junior Officer – QC
Experience: 4–7 Years (Plastic / Polymer Lab)
Qualification: CIPET Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. – Polymer Science
Key Skills / Job Description
- Strong knowledge in Polymer testing.
- Plastics processing methods such as Injection moulding.
- Compression Moulding.
- Extrusion moulding.
- Hands-on experience on the same.
3) Department: Application Development Center (ADC)
Designation: Technician – ADC
Experience: 4–7 Years (Plastic / Polymer / Paints Industry)
Qualification: Regular ITI (Any Field)
Key Skills / Job Description
- Knowledge of sample checks and instrument preparation including compression, injection, and extrusion moulding.
- Proficient in coating applications: bar coating, spray gun, paints, and dip coating.
- Skilled in test panel and evaluation (metal, polymer films, laminates, glass) as per application requirements and standards.
- Knowledge of FKM, rubber compounding, and processing techniques.
