Designation: Sr. Executive – Production
Experience: 4–7 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Chemical (Regular with 60% throughout the academics)
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Experience in handling hazardous chemicals, as a Shift In charge.
- Experience in handling equipment like distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps etc.
- Exposure to safety systems and norms applicable to the process.
- Candidate should be proficient in handling DCS Operations.
2) Department: Mechanical
Designation: Senior Executive / Technician
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification:
Senior Executive: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical (Regular with 60% throughout the academics)
Technician: ITI Fitter / IMCP
Key Skill or Job Description:
Knowledge of RCVD, Screw conveyor, belt conveyor, bucket elevator, Reciprocating compressors, Rotary equipment's, Reactors, ANF, Dryer, Ejector, ATFD, Blower, Heat Exchanger, Axial flow Pumps, Graphite equipment, Mechanical seal etc.
3) Department: Quality Control (Polymer Lab / Application Development)
Designation: Junior Officer / Technician
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: CIPET Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. – Polymer Science / Regular ITI (in any field)
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Should have strong knowledge in Polymer testing, plastics processing methods such as Injection moulding, Compression Moulding, Extrusion moulding, and hands on experience on the same.
- Sample Preparations for Coating application (Spray, Bar coater, K-coater, Dip coater, automatic coaters).
- Operation of High Polymers processing machine (Compression, Injection & Extrusion).
4) Department: Quality Assurance
Designation: Senior Executive / Junior Officer
Experience:
Senior Executive: 7–10 Years
Junior Officer: 3–6 Years
Qualification:
Senior Executive: B.Tech / M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Pharm.
Junior Officer: M.Sc. / B.Sc. Chemistry
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Experience in IMS (ISO 9001:2015) & IATF 16949 systems.
- Proficient in 7 QC tools, internal/external audits (WHO, USFDA and IATS) and effective handling of regulatory & compliance requirements, CAPA, IPQA related activity and continuous improvement activities.
