Key Skill / Job Description:
Responsible to conduct Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance of production and packing equipment's like Fluid bed driers (FBD), Compression machines, Coating machines, Blenders, Rapid mixture grinders (RMG), Capsule filling machines, Blister packaging, Bulk counting lines, Sachet filling lines, Sterilization equipment, inspection systems.
Work Location: Bengaluru
2) Department: Packing (OSD)
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 2–8 Years in Pharma/FMCG Industry
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
Key Skill / Job Description:
Supervise, maintain, and troubleshoot Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), auger filling, auto-cartoning, case packing, palletizing, serialization, and end-of-line packaging equipment.
Perform machine setup and changeovers to ensure efficient production and product quality.
Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic, servo, PLC/HMI, robotic pick-and-place, barcode, vision inspection, labelling, aggregation, and traceability systems.
Execute preventive maintenance and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

Designation: Executive
Experience: 2–5 Years in Pharma Industry
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Planning and execution of production activities in Granulation.

Ensuring daily cleaning activity & machine preventive maintenance as per schedule.

Experience: 2–5 Years in Pharma Industry
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Key Skill / Job Description:
Analysis of Raw Material, Finished Products, Stability Samples, Packing Materials for OSD with expertise in handling HPLC.
Calibrating analytical equipment as and when required.
To ensure cGLP compliance, Data integrity & safety.
