1) Department: Production
Designation: Supervisor / Chemist / Officer – Production (DCS Plant)
Experience: 2-4 Years experience in Pharma Industry
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Key Skill or Job Description:
Instruments handling like Sifter, Reactor, Dryer, Centrifuge.
To fill BMR, BPR, Log Book.
To Follow the Production Plan.
Independently handle DCS Operation in shift rotation.
2) Department: Production
Designation: Operator – Plant (DCS Plant)
Experience: 1-5 Years experience in Pharma/Food Industry
Qualification: ITI (AOCP)
Key Skill or Job Description:
Operate and monitor DCS-controlled manufacturing processes as per approved parameters.
Track process performance and report deviations or equipment issues promptly.
Maintain batch records and process documentation accurately.
3) Department: ADL
Designation: Analyst / Executive – ADL
Experience: 0-5 Years of relevant experience in Chemical/Pharma Industry
Qualification: M.Sc. (Analytical, Inorganic or Applied Chemistry)
Key Skill or Job Description:
Develop analysis method for new products and raw materials.
Detailed knowledge and experience in Instrument- ICP, Surface area analyser, Particle size analyser, Auto titrator etc.
Validate the methods on respective instruments.
Evaluate results and way forward planning.
Manage documentation of lab experiments.
Knowledge of regulatory guideline like USP, EP, BP, IP & FCC pharmacopoeia.
4) Department: ADL
Designation: Assistant Manager – ADL
Experience: 8-10 Years of relevant experience in Chemical/Pharma Industry
Qualification: M.Sc. (Analytical, Inorganic or Applied Chemistry)
Key Skill or Job Description:
Literature survey for new products development.
Validations of new product process at Lab, Pilot & commercial scale.
Training capabilities to subordinate team members.
Evaluate results and way forward quick planning for samples as per demand of marketing (Domestic & export).
Knowledge of regulatory guideline like USP, EP, BP, IP & FCC pharmacopoeia.
Report preparation of day-to-day activities.
Co-ordinate with QC for analysis for new products method development.
Co-ordinate with Pilot team for scale up activities.
5) Department: R&D
Designation: Assistant Manager – R&D
Experience: 8-10 Years of relevant experience in Chemical/Pharma Industry
Qualification: M.Sc. (Analytical, Inorganic or Applied Chemistry)
Key Skill or Job Description:
Literature survey for new products development.

Troubleshoot Scale up issue of new products process at pilot scale & commercial scale.
